For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m not going to make this round. My motivation ebbs and flows. I do great for a few days and then have a set back and get discouraged and give up and undo whatever progress I made.
I have an injury that keeps me from working out as hard as I used to and I can’t seem to keep the motivation up without the adrenaline from a hard workout.
Maybe next month…

Totally hear you! I am looking at the long term goal as I might lose 1/2-1 a week, but 2 pounds a week is definitely pushing it for me. I likely will not make this first short term goal. But let’s keep moving forward bit by bit and see where we end up at the end!
