How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

VIEW ALL STORIES- Made it to Orangetheory yesterday after taking a month off. I took the strength 50 class (upper body) and then did the tread and rower portion of the next class to get some cardio in. My biceps and chest are feeling it!
Was going to go for a 3 mile run and woke up at 4:30 am to do so but then looked at OTFs early intel and the class looked great so now I’m booked for 4:10 tonight after work instead!
It’s so hard to find motivation after being awake for 11 hours and then I have to take a 45 min bus both ways to class but I know it will be all worth it when I get back into a routine and my clothes start fitting better!
I moved to a beach town in Cali two years ago after 11 years in NYC and I never even wear tank tops because I’m too self conscious! This will be my time!
