  • Made it to Orangetheory yesterday after taking a month off. I took the strength 50 class (upper body) and then did the tread and rower portion of the next class to get some cardio in. My biceps and chest are feeling it!

    Was going to go for a 3 mile run and woke up at 4:30 am to do so but then looked at OTFs early intel and the class looked great so now I’m booked for 4:10 tonight after work instead!

    It’s so hard to find motivation after being awake for 11 hours and then I have to take a 45 min bus both ways to class but I know it will be all worth it when I get back into a routine and my clothes start fitting better!

    I moved to a beach town in Cali two years ago after 11 years in NYC and I never even wear tank tops because I’m too self conscious! This will be my time!

I have joined many games but have never followed through. I am currently at my heaviest and just want to get back to my 2021 self when I thought I was “fat”. Mentally I’m still there and am actually shocked when my clothes don’t fit and when I see myself in the mirror wearing anything but baggy clothes.

Hoping to incorporate my OTF classes and my new found love for Pilates as well as keeping my food clean 80% of the time and my little cravings the other 20%

This is all a mental struggle but I can, I know how great it will feel at the end of this challenge and that needs to stay at top of mind!

This is so relatable! The scale has slowly creeped up over the past year and all of a sudden nothing fits. I bought bigger sizes and they don’t fit :( time to get serious and take care of my body again!!

I eat a small mug of oatmeal! I mix flax seed into my oats, add water, microwave for 77 seconds, stir in a spoonful of PB and a few dark chocolate chocolate chips. Tasty, filling, decent protein, low sugar, and high fiber.
