How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Nettle

Adding in the good things... Swimming at the lake/River, hiking, time w friends, reasonable portions of my favorite foods, eating an apple with peanut butter, cherries, banana with chocolate chips, and so on when I want something sweet. Always pairing protein with every meal or snack. Keeping up with my protein goal (you can use a macro calculator online) and calorie goal (just a small maintainable deficit), but otherwise adding in fruit, veggies, and savory food that I love. Most importantly is meeting myself where I'm at, being kind to myself, and each step of the way I take a little inventory of what's working and do more of that, and see how I can support myself better the next day/week.

Also, I teach as well but in multiple schools. Making my breakfast (w at least 30g of protein), lunch, and snacks the night before really helps to make the day. The breakfast really stays off the late night snacking.
