How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Just had a burger bowl for dinner and about to head out on an after dinner walk! What did everyone else have for dinner? How'd you move your body today?

I had tilapia and steamable broccoli for dinner. I try to walk on my lunch break at work but here in NC it is HHHOOOTTTTT! so I got in a 22 minute walk with my daycare babies (pushing a stroller with 4 babies) they have a fan and misting water on the and it was at 730am. Then walk my dog for about 15 minutes late in afternoon, then came home and did 15 minutes of the infinity hoop. Got 13,000 steps in today.

I made a salmon salad with leftover salmon from last night and stuffed it into a pita.
