Experienced depressing situation then of course, prematurely broke my fast. Starting to think that planning to fast is backfiring because I keep breaking it—it’s like I’m rebelling against it. So to solve this, I turned off my fasting app and will resolve to just have mental peace. ✌

Fasting works for some people, but not everyone. I personally don’t enjoy fasting. Don’t beat yourself up over it. We’re supposed to eat for survival anyway! :joy:
