  • It's good to know you can eat almost anything, if it is cooked with healthy items. For instance, I can have pasta everyday. I cook the ground turkey breast with onions, garlic and two cans of Italian style diced tomatoes. Then drain it and add it to 6 ounces of sauce and Miracle Noodles. These are noodles that have 5 calories and 3 carbs per serving. For me it tastes great and it's around 300 to 350 calories.
