How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Omg! I've been eating like crap. I have actually gained 2 lbs! Today, I am starting over with MyFitnessPal to track weight and calories. I had been logging, but eating calories at maintenance and over. I need a deficit! Lol. Here we go! There is still time! I can do it! Are any of you in this position, too? I really need to get more disciplined! Gonna start checking myself before I wreck myself! Haha. 😊

Thanks, all of you, for your comments. Lexi, thanks for the encouragement. Katie, I know EXACTLY what you mean about eating too much healthy stuff.. Calories are calories. Healthygirl, I have trouble with that as well. Cathy, me too, girl!! When I'm sick, too. Ryan, I know what you mean about the parties. It's so hard to track those calories, and really, who wants to, right? We have a big family which means lots of gatherings. I just try to do the best I can with that. Lol. Yalda, you are right for sure!!

A few days ago, I started tracking my calories again (really well this time). I also went back on TDEE and recalculated my calories, so now I have updated info. I have been running, and I am super proud of that. Onward and upward!!
