Ugh! Im feeling so discouraged! The rain has really made me down in the dumps, along with my feet hurt so bad, i am in tears every night. I started out this challenge by walking everyday and was doing so well but then it started raining EVERY SINGLE DAY! thats no excuse I know! I have not been to a doctor for my feet but it hurts so bad to walk after sitting or after getting up in the mornings. I have been eating a little bit off just from being down in the dumps and now im so bloated and the scale is going up instead of down. I was doing sooooo good! Ughhh! Im so frustrated with myself! Please comment below if you are having a hard time too. I hope im not the only one feeling so blue right now. =(

Don’t give up I know people that have hit their goal without any exercise. Can you get YouTube? They have cheer exercises. And indoor walking. If that doesn’t work for you, try the intermittent fasting. Till 12 pm or 1:00pm
