I was doing great and only three pounds away from my goal but Tuesday hunger completely took over and I gave in, and that also messed up my Wednesday. I’m trying not to weigh myself again until the end of the challenge so as not to sabotage myself. I’m back on my program and staying hydrated and strength training again. Hope I can really turn this around! I’m learning when fasting hours 16-2” are the HARDEST but today I kept my body busy and the hunger passed! Hoping everyone else is still motivated! We can do this!

I see so many people fasting but I just can't see myself doing that. I love to eat lol im really trying to eat less often and if I do, im choosing healthier options. I just love to munch on food lol. Im sure you are going to do great til the end of this challenge. You got this!!
