  • I took a walk today. I walked for 6.5 kilometres. Prior to 2023, I used to walk almost every day.

    I didn't walk for almost 2 years, I have some personal issues, I dealt with depression, I lost my brother, and I put on almost 30 kilograms.

    I walked today. It was painful and exhausting. My sister says that's good and I should go out again tomorrow. I might not go, but I will be going out often.

    I have been doing some growwithjo workouts at home. I'll keep doing both and checking what I eat every day.

Keep up with any movement as it all helps. I get bored easily with "exercise" and try to make it as fun as possible. My favorites are biking and water aerobics. Both are much gentler on your knees and the most fun for me. Keep up the great work!!
