How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi all,
I need mindset help because I’m struggling. I’m still logging and staying in a deficit , but I’m stressed and I’m eating sugar to compensate. With two metabolic diseases, sugar is just not good for my body. My husband is gone all week on business and I have two kids , a full time job, and a long commute. I do walk daily but getting over a back injury last eeek so I can’t run which is normally my stress relief. It’s extra hard to find time for myself with having to do it all alone till Saturday. Can I get some tips/ help with mindset and stress relief ?! Thanks all :)

Do you have access to a gym? When my back is acting up, I like recumbent biking and recumbent cross trainer, and of course jogging in the pool

You do have a lot on your plate. I hear you on the increased responsibilities when your husband is out of town. Give yourself some grace. Can you food prep for the week and /or cook more things in the crockpot? That way when you get home, food is ready and you don't have to think about it. Great ideas above about mindfulness etc. I turn to sugar too and still struggle with it often. If I make sure not to buy the sugar or that it is not nearby- easy to get (like store it in the trunk of your car or basement). I workout at home and prefer it because I lose a lot of time packing clothes to workout etc. I can get out of bed and have my workout clothes ready downstairs and change and do my exercise. Online there are so many options of exercise videos from 5min to 60 min whenever you can sneak in some time. Agree strongly with Amy about drinking water.
