How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hey everyone! Im challenging myself to lose 2lb/week until new years … I did a diet bet in 2021 and won, and just so happened to remember this app and joined again on a whim!

    I have been going to burn boot camp but struggling with staying consistent in my diet. I am almost a year postpartum and still holding on to ~18 lb, so ready to let it go!

    Starting a “30 Hard” tomorrow which goes perfectly with this challenge- whole food choices, more water, walking 30 min, & reading a nonfiction book vs scrolling… 🙈

    Can’t wait to connect with y’all! Especially other (mostly) SAHMs who love to stress eat ?

it’s me, SAHM. had my second 7 months ago. finally feel ready and have a bit of time and energy to spend on my own health. practicing not feeling guilty making choices just for me in the day. staying in my calorie deficit and trying to get a daily walk or quick gym visit twice a week while husband has the kids.
