I only need to lose 1.7lbs to reach my goal! Only five days left in the challenge but I’m feeling good about that goal! Sending good vibes to everyone else to finish strong as well! ????

1.5 lbs left!! this is the first time i didn’t crash diet and then pound it all back. i didn’t cancel certain foods, just slow and steady little tweaks in calories, and i can feel actual life changes. I didn’t deprive myself anything, i just ate my deficit to ensure i was eating under what my body needed to keep the weight. i fully believe ill win and hit this goal, and finally keep my consistency to lose more. this is just the start.

11 days to lose 2.4 lbs. what do you all think? Is it do-able?

Let me tell Y'all! My hubby has been out of town for work all week (rarely happens) and on Monday my 3 kids were diagnosed with Hand foot and mouth! (5,3, and 1 yr old). today is my son's first birthday. Needless to say ... Being put through the ringer this week is an understatement.
