Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Saturdays are for meal prepping in my house. I prep for the week so I have healthy options that I can dump on the crockpot, put in the oven or microwave, or grab and go! So far today I have made:

⚫Snack packs for the week
⚫Breakfast casserole for dinner tonight plus 2 more to go in the freezer for later
⚫4 high protein Olive Garden chicken crockpot packs (I freeze them and dump in the crockpot when I’m ready!) One for this week and 3 for later (great deal on chicken at Kroger this week so I made some bulk options for the freezer)
⚫14 turkey spaghetti lunch packs with protein pasta (again, I freeze then microwave them when it’s time to eat, one big pot and 14 ready to go lunches for the month!)

I still need to make my breakfast sandwiches for the week as well as my hubbys lunch wraps. But that can wait until after dinner because it got hot in there lol. And those are fast to do! Here’s to another great week!

This is so cool. I will try this on the weekend—I have been prepping for 1-2 days not the whole week. It’s so much work. It would be less laborious if I just did it all on one day I think.
