1.5 lbs left!! this is the first time i didn’t crash diet and then pound it all back. i didn’t cancel certain foods, just slow and steady little tweaks in calories, and i can feel actual life changes. I didn’t deprive myself anything, i just ate my deficit to ensure i was eating under what my body needed to keep the weight. i fully believe ill win and hit this goal, and finally keep my consistency to lose more. this is just the start.
