Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Good morning and welcome to Week 2!

    Each week I make a plan of what my week will look like. It does have flexibility because life happens and I don’t want to stress myself out unnecessarily. I plan my meals and my workouts for the week to make sure I know what I want to happen.

    What does success look like to you this week? For me it’s running at least 3 times outside-the weather this weekend was nasty so I want to celebrate the warmer weather when it comes back.

This week, success looks like drinking enough water. I’m fighting cold symptoms so I don’t have a ton of every, but if I can stay hydrated, I’ll call it a win for me!

I meal prep to stay on course! Phenomenal deal on chicken at Kroger so I not only prepped stuff for this week but also 30 crockpot freezer packs! Success is just sticking to the plan…. And avoiding that late night sweet craving!
