  • Good morning and happy Wednesday!

    Today is one of those days where plans didn’t go to plan. So we switch it up and figure it out! Today instead of going to the lake to run like I wanted, I’m hitting the treadmill with a solid stretch to loosen my body up. I always forget how tight my back and shoulders get until I’m stretching regularly.
