For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I am making a pumpkin pie for a friend and I am so not a baker :joy::joy::joy: seems easy enough though!
I have been doing everything in moderation and I walk about 6 miles at work every night if not more. So keeping hydrated in this cold and also being mindful of what I’m eating has been great!
