How'd everyone's weekend go? It was successful on my end, except I didn't get in as long of a jog/walk on Sunday due to a busy schedule. Today might be similar with my kiddos having choir practice, schooling, and then work. I'm planning on at least walking the treadmill, if I can squeeze it in. This next week will also be a challenge with family birthday celebrations sprinkled in throughout the week. I'm also focusing on more water intake because I wasn't so great about it the last two days, and I definitely feel it!

I need to work on more water intake again as well. Did not have the birthday cake or ice cream at my nieces party this weekend. Ended up sitting in their sauna yesterday for almost 30 minutes. ? Good luck this week! :clap:
