Day 3 ✅

Day 1 always feels exciting, like a fresh start. Day 2 still feels doable you’ve got the energy, the motivation, maybe even the scale gives you a little encouragement. But Day 3… this is where it gets real.

For me, this part has always been the hardest. I’ve struggled with my weight for years, and I know how quickly doubt can creep in. I’ve had those mornings where I step on the scale and feel like all the effort isn’t “working fast enough.” I’ve had nights where I talk myself into “just one more bite” because the old habits are so deeply ingrained. And honestly? I’ve had seasons where I just gave up.

But I’ve also learned something important: transformation doesn’t happen in a straight line. It’s not about perfect days it’s about consistent ones. It’s about showing up even when the scale feels stubborn, when the workouts feel heavy, when the cravings feel louder than your willpower.

Day 3 is when motivation starts to fade, and discipline has to carry you. And discipline isn’t about punishment it’s about keeping the promise you made to yourself. It’s about saying, I’m worth the fight, even when it’s uncomfortable.

So if today feels tough, you’re not alone. I’m right here fighting through the same struggles. And I promise every choice counts. The results will come, but the resilience we build along the way? That’s the real win. But.. let’s get to that number goal!!!!

I definitely felt this today- had to pep talk myself into going on a walk on my break, tracking my food & making a healthy dinner when I got home. It really is a brain game for me. I know how to eat healthy foods amd what it takes to do it, yet the negative self-talk and still the urge to quit keeps on creeping in.
