How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

My most recent favorite breakfast is thin sliced toast whole wheat toast with thin layer of PB and 1/2 banana slices on top. Then I have glass of skim milk with it and eat the other 1/2 banana.

@Taura P my focus isn’t on steps but establishing habits. Like not eating in front of the TV, drinking 8 glasses of water (2-3 with each meal) and then for steps it’s exercising/moving for 30 minutes. And bonus if I can do it for 60 (total - not all at once). That gives you a good number of steps.
