My plan is to use the 21 day fix nutrition plan and do weight lifting 3x weekly and cardio 5x weekly along with sauna 3-5x weekly. What’s everyone else’s plan of action?

I'm going for calorie counting / 2B mindset, and Barre Blend Postnatal or one of the other postnatal workout programs. Hopefully I can work out 3x per week.
