OK so I'm stressing about weigh in now. I've been at goal for like 5 days or more. Got on the scale this morning, boom gained 0.5kg 😞. I have no idea what to do other than eat super healthy. A sick baby means a workout might not happen.

Well 2 days in the hospital with a sick baby and all of a sudden I've lost 2.5kg and I managed to get home to weigh in just in time. :open_hands: I'm glad my baby is home and ok. Also super proud of myself for not eating vending machine food or all the toast, which is the only option for parents at the hospital. Back to my routine and healthy food. So glad to be able to move my body and sleep on a bed again.

Girl I literally get this. Mine started yesterday and I’m definitely not as active during the cycle days. I’m trying to push myself though. Thankfully my appetite is not as strong either. I met my dietbet goal. Now I’m scared about gaining.

Hope you’re finding your weight loss groove. I have found intermittent fasting works good for me so I’m taking a yoga class to keep me away during the dinner hour. Yes I might be a little hungry but the bonus is I sleep so much better without a full belly. Anyone else relate?

Intermittent fasting for me too. I don’t eat until 11am-12 and I start fasting by 7pm latest but try for 5:30pm most nights

Is anyone here intermittent fasting? I did t realize this was a thing. I’ve always naturally just kind of done this then have times I am a morning eater but now that I am back to “intermittent fasting” I am way less bloated, hungry, and dropping the pounds much faster.

That is also my eating and fasting window. I’ve been loving it paired with low carb.

I want to try intermittent fasting so bad, but have such a hard time getting going without coffee in the morning and I can’t do black coffee. I get up at 4:30 so I just can’t wait til 11 for the caffeine… good for those who can do it!!
