  • Today's workout and a workout that always reminds me how far ive come was an hour on the stairs! In the beginning I started with 30 mins on the elliptical as it didnt hurt my joints and overtime I just enjoyed switching up my workouts. 30 minutes or an hour, any type of movement counts! How did you move today?

I'm at a convention, trying not to "get my money's worth" out of the banquet meals. I did half an hour on the hotel elliptical and am planning some pool jogging tonight. I have another Dietbet that ends this week and need to stay on track!
