Im good as long as i don’t gain. I’m good for my next week one too then I weigh in 12/30 for my next one. Wonder if there’s one starting Christmas? I’ll go look. My boyfriend passed away this week and I keep forgetting I have to weigh in and eating the occasional cookie. It doesn’t solve anything so I need to quit doing it.

Stop starting at the scale - rely solely on how you feel, how your clothes are fitting, and take measurements!!
Screw the Scale - Inches is where it's at! This will most likely be my last diet bet, doing these bets have really changed how I see the scale; chasing that Big number at the top is not healthy and I need to focus more on how I feel instead of being discouraged because I'm up 5 pounds since I started.

  • Today's workout and a workout that always reminds me how far ive come was an hour on the stairs! In the beginning I started with 30 mins on the elliptical as it didnt hurt my joints and overtime I just enjoyed switching up my workouts. 30 minutes or an hour, any type of movement counts! How did you move today?

I'm at a convention, trying not to "get my money's worth" out of the banquet meals. I did half an hour on the hotel elliptical and am planning some pool jogging tonight. I have another Dietbet that ends this week and need to stay on track!
