  • Today's workout and a workout that always reminds me how far ive come was an hour on the stairs! In the beginning I started with 30 mins on the elliptical as it didnt hurt my joints and overtime I just enjoyed switching up my workouts. 30 minutes or an hour, any type of movement counts! How did you move today?

I'm at a convention, trying not to "get my money's worth" out of the banquet meals. I did half an hour on the hotel elliptical and am planning some pool jogging tonight. I have another Dietbet that ends this week and need to stay on track!

  • I was exploring new areas on my property yesterday. I walked along the woods down toward the river. I didn’t make it to the river because I got nervous about encountering a bear since I was out alone. I have to take some bear spray in the future.

it's apple season here too! In the afternoon I eat apple slices with peanut butter and low-fat cheese cubes for more proetein.

Happy Sunday everyone! I know it’s because of hormones and that time of the month, but I felt a little discouraged stepping on the scale this morning… I’m staying motivated though, since it should go back down in a few days. I still did my workout, went out for a long walk with my son, we spent part of the afternoon in the pool (yeah !tomorrow it’s officially fall and I live in Quebec, Canada!), and now I’m doing my meal prep for this week’s lunches. Have a great last week, everyone!
