For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I didn’t gain any weight leading up to and during Christmas. But somehow over new years celebrations I gained ??😭

But it was probably all “liquid calories “ ??‍♀️

Anyway here I am, so close to my goal weight. But I just keep bouncing around it. Down one step, back up 2 ??‍

Drink more water ! And don’t forget alcohol takes a long time to get eliminated from your body and doesn’t let you lose much weight . I read somewhere that the body is busy eliminating the alcohol from your body and not losing fat !! Keep eating w healthy and drink water and the scale will drop suddenly.
