How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • While I hate the phrase never miss a Monday, I’ve also turned it around so it works for me. Mondays are my planning days because there’s too much else going on for a workout and I need to have an idea of what the week will look like.

Mondays we sit down and plan our meals for the week, our family activities, and our workouts. My kids are old enough that they can join us for any or all of the planning.

Success doesn’t happen without a plan. What’s your plan for the week?

I love the idea of doing this on a Monday instead of a Sunday. I think that’s going to help me a lot! Weekends are always so chaotic and when I do get down time I need to fully relax into it.

Continue with no processed food or sugar. I shopped for what I needed this weekend so I have my Greek yogurt, fruit and veggies, beans and nuts, made my granola and we always have good meat (my husband is a hunter). Get into my gym each morning no matter what. And take a lunchtime walk at work. That’s the plan!
