How has everyone’s weight loss been going so far?? For me, I have lost about 1.5 lbs so far. I am trying to track what I eat each day and stay within my calorie range, but I haven’t been 100% with this. Trying to be a little better each day!

I just hit this games January goal. I have less than a pound for the kickstarter. I just need to make sure I keep staying consistent the next 3 weeks. I’ve been tracking everything and doing the step bet game.

I’m down 4lbs and sticking to my plan 100%. Tracking everything I eat plus tracking calories burned really helps me stick to my target calorie deficit. I always find I am good for the first month on a diet - the trick will be sticking to it and making this my new normal routine.
