Blew my first Kickstarter out of the water for round one! Feeling good since my physical therapist said she's noticing my body is still recovering well and encouraged me to rejoin belly dance starting in February!

The only changes I've really made are tracking and experimenting with my usual Starbucks order to get a healthier version. Started with a Venti brown sugar shaken espresso with 2 pumps brown sugar, 2 pumps white mocha, and vanilla sweet cream with five blonde ristretto shots and now I'm more or less accustomed to a regular Venti brown sugar shaken espresso, still 5 blonde ristretto shots but only one pump each of sauce and I get either the protein milk or oatmilk instead.

Tracking has been showing me I've been seriously undereating and I'm not consuming nearly enough protein or fruits/veggies. My goal for February is at least one serving of a veggie or fruit every day and maybe in March I can bump that up to at least one serving every meal! My nutritionist friend has encouraged me not to crash myself out too quickly by trying to add in too many changes too quickly so I'm trying not to let negative people bring me down about not changing more quickly.

Starbucks fan right here! Can't lie, your coffee sounds delicious! It has taken me a while but my go to now is a venti Skinny Vanilla Latte. They have the sugar free vanilla syrup with skim milk and no whip. I heard a little rumor that they may have sugar free caramel now. Don't quote me on that, maybe I'll go there today to check it out. I haven't tried the protein milk yet either. I love how you are changing it slowly and keeping track. That is such a great way to do it.
