Being sick is no fun and having to miss out on workouts just makes you feel worse. I get it, my throat just started hurting today and of course Im worrying this might be strep. However, this is the best time to focus on eating better and getting rest. Those two components are great for losing weight. Don't let this hiccup make you feel like you can't be successful, you just have to reframe what it will look like for you to meet your goal. You've got this!!
