How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Lost a lot of weight before my wedding last halloween. Gained back ~30 lbs since. Yikes. Not intentionally doing this yoyo thing..food is a terrible addiction to me. I cant seem to get it right. I either am eating like 100% right and tracked in an app or im eating uncontrollably until im going to pop then eat more.

Thank you!

You can do it! I have done the same thing. I am now trying my hardest to be moderate in all. If I go all in, that isn't sustainable and I mess up big time, but if I go slowly and make small changes over time, it is easier to maintain. I try to keep the mindset that this is how I am going to live the rest of my life, not just until I hit my goal weight, so I can have a little of the yummy things as long as most of my intake is the healthy things. I have even found some healthy things that I love so much more than the sugar treats, like homemade nut granola over protein yogurt. It is yummier to me than ice cream. A healthy lifestyle is a marathon, not a sprint. Small changes over time add up big time in the end, and are a lot more sustainable. I believe in you!
