How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Anyone have any good workout routines or exercises for those with lower back pain? Much of my weight is in my midsection but it pulls on my lower back so doing squats and lunges are a no go.

I’ve had chronic back pain for years. I started Pilates and that has helped so much.

Chiropractor here! Of course check with your own doc and stop if you experience sharp pain - Dead Bug, Bird Dog, Superman. Then progress to body weight squats. Strengthening your core will support your back muscles and ensure they aren’t getting strained from over work.
