I have been working hard and won the last 6 Diet Bets in a row. It has come down to the wire but I would make it. This time my weight have been acting crazy. Up a few pounds for a week then a big drop over and over. Well I’m on the up right now and who knows if it will do the big drop by the end. I will be so disappointed if I break my streak because of it. It’s Nurse’s Week at work and this game has definitely kept me accountable with all the snacks at work. If not for trying to get this win I would have ate it all! Good luck everyone.

I feel this! I was 0.2 lbs to goal 2 ago and i have went up 0.6lbs. I have ate less these past couple of days too!

And nurses week is a beast!!! There are so many snacks, cakes, chips, and bad food involved. It's so hard not to eat it! Then next week is hospital week, so it's 2 weeks of not trying to eat horribly.

Week 1, I lost 5lbs, most likely bloat, but I'll take it. Week 2 though...? my work and sleep hrs were all over the place and so was my eating and exercising, so I gained back 2 lbs. I have relost 1.4lbs of that this week. Yay. I'm back to walking during my lunch breaks too. Hopefully I will make the goal this time.?

I feel you! I’m down approximately 20 pounds since February 17, but I have hit a plateau for THREE weeks. I am really hopeful to see some movement this week.

I eat a small mug of oatmeal! I mix flax seed into my oats, add water, microwave for 77 seconds, stir in a spoonful of PB and a few dark chocolate chocolate chips. Tasty, filling, decent protein, low sugar, and high fiber.
