Geez. The amount of bloat weight a girl can have during certain times is unreal!

I dropped almost 2 pounds after not moving this whole game.

Starting this game on hard mode because I ate horribly the last 3 days. Scale says I jumped 6 lbs overnight! Hopefully it’s mostly water weight. Gonna get back on track tomorrow

I feel that! I've been in a calorie deficit and have yet to see any movement down. I went up one day! It's so frustrating.
