I am trying to start working out again. I'm at ground 0. Does anyone have any suggestions or exercises to build up stamina when walking/jogging and building up arm muscles?

If you enjoy walking and jogging you could always add some light wrist weights? That’s an easy way to start. And makes it super simple to increase the weight. Mine have little pouches for increased weight.

The best thing you can do to build your walking/jogging stamina is to start easy, and slowly increase both distance (or time) and speed. I see you have back issues, so maybe keep the weights separate for a while and use them for arm strength while supporting your core.

They were doing it a few years back when I first joined, I use them as add-ons sometimes but I messed up this time cos my other game weighed in on Monday!

They’ve always allowed games of any dollar amount, though they’re usually run by other players-like me!
Surprised about PayPal. I’d contact support, because I’m pretty sure it should work.

Mine finally!!!....finally!!!!...came through. It usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Today was very different. I wonder if it is because of the amount of players this game has??

I have been working hard and won the last 6 Diet Bets in a row. It has come down to the wire but I would make it. This time my weight have been acting crazy. Up a few pounds for a week then a big drop over and over. Well I’m on the up right now and who knows if it will do the big drop by the end. I will be so disappointed if I break my streak because of it. It’s Nurse’s Week at work and this game has definitely kept me accountable with all the snacks at work. If not for trying to get this win I would have ate it all! Good luck everyone.

Week 1, I lost 5lbs, most likely bloat, but I'll take it. Week 2 though...? my work and sleep hrs were all over the place and so was my eating and exercising, so I gained back 2 lbs. I have relost 1.4lbs of that this week. Yay. I'm back to walking during my lunch breaks too. Hopefully I will make the goal this time.?
