I know it’s not a Joel workout but I’ve been doing the 10 minute beginner workouts this week. I’ve been struggling with foot pain for over a year and a half and they kept telling me to take it easy for a couple weeks. Well here I am 6 weeks post op from surgery still limping around. Hoping to be back into more intense workouts sooner rather than later. Does anyone have any Joel favorites that are minimal standing?
