  • Fat Blast Calendar workout from LIIFT MORE from week 5 - Arms. I decided to move around the calendar based on gym availability and access to the weights. It’s been a real busy and somewhat stressful week of training at my job but it’s going well plus these workouts do help balance that out mentally. Also I’ve noticed that I am sleeping better this week. Sleep has always been a struggle for me. I am going to work on it throughout this year and see if I can improve. As far as the workout goes, it was intense! I enjoyed how much the different parts of the muscle groups were isolated. I worked up a very good sweat during this routine. I felt a little sore even after extended stretching yet I also feel this sense of peace and confidence. This calendar is meant to build consistency and it’s doing that plus a lot much more.
