  • Fat Blast Calendar workout from LIIFT MORE from week 5 - Arms. I decided to move around the calendar based on gym availability and access to the weights. It’s been a real busy and somewhat stressful week of training at my job but it’s going well plus these workouts do help balance that out mentally. Also I’ve noticed that I am sleeping better this week. Sleep has always been a struggle for me. I am going to work on it throughout this year and see if I can improve. As far as the workout goes, it was intense! I enjoyed how much the different parts of the muscle groups were isolated. I worked up a very good sweat during this routine. I felt a little sore even after extended stretching yet I also feel this sense of peace and confidence. This calendar is meant to build consistency and it’s doing that plus a lot much more.

When I first joined Joel provided a link to calculate macros and I couldn’t get it to work on my phone.
I wanted to try again but can’t find it. Can anyone point me to that?

  • My version of a “bowl”- simple to make:
    Quinoa, mixed raw veggies with a touch of oil & vinegar along with turkey slices (I ate one already. 😃)

I was off work for 2 weeks, home with kiddos and family in town… I said yes to everything!!!! (And not in moderation) By the end, my body was sick and actually craving healthy food!!! I’m back at it, missed my Monday workout, but I’m back on track and feeling good!!! I would love some new, Super Easy, packable lunch ideas!!!! Currently, I eat hard boiled egg and cottage cheese (mixed like egg salad) and 2 rice cakes, cheese stick, apple if I need crunchy and a protein bar! And I drink all day an iced protein coffee!! What else can I eat??? Help!!!!

I always bring cut up celery/ peppers/cucumber/carrots with hummus as a good crunchy snack

I don’t think I have 4% to lose but want to try this challenge to see if I can change my recomposition at all- looking for more muscle definition.
