  • Finally upped my weights for chest press! Was stuck at 15s/20s for the longest time but just did all three sets with my 25s! Yay! Meal prepped some breakfast yesterday so it is so nice not to have to worry about that! I definitely need to focus on not eating bites off my kids plates! Its just so easy and I dont even realize its happening hahaha so will try to be mindful of that this week!
