  • Finally upped my weights for chest press! Was stuck at 15s/20s for the longest time but just did all three sets with my 25s! Yay! Meal prepped some breakfast yesterday so it is so nice not to have to worry about that! I definitely need to focus on not eating bites off my kids plates! Its just so easy and I dont even realize its happening hahaha so will try to be mindful of that this week!

  • 25 MST Week 4 Day 1 Upper body and PT. We are in Vegas now for a bowling tournament, and we spent the weekend traveling here from up north. I did complete day 7, week 3 mobility and flexibility yesterday with 12,205 steps. My goal is to stay on track with food this week away from home.

  • 25 MST Wk 4 Day 6 total body. Accidentally chose the wrong week. We are currently traveling and not at home, where my app at home keeps me in order.?šŸ˜‚ I also forgot to post yesterday's workout, which was Week 3, day 5, lower body. I am also doing my PT daily.

All that really matters is getting those check marks or X on the workout calendar. Joel will mix up his workouts all the time for the week. I’m doing the same thing based on what access I have to my work, apartment, or local gym and the time I have. Been using my apartment living room for 10 Rounds. Keep up the great work! You got this!
