Arms are jello! That felt good though! Tried to get a half hour walk on the treadmill in but my kiddos had other plans haha but 10mins was still good! 😊πŸ’ͺ Have a god weekend everyone!!

  • Ok, what the heck was that?! I have never done 10 Rounds before so that was a challenge. I felt like a newborn horse, all clumsy like. Lol.

  • Day 2 done! Finishing up Megan and Joel's All I Want for Christmas is Glutes challenge but it worked out that it was Chest and back today! One more Leg day to go and then i will be on to the fat blast calendar 😊 Now to keep nutrition on point for the day!

Yes swapped out weights each time in this one and last set had no weights - although could have at least reached for 5s or something. Today was a challenge.

Amanda! Your body was still working no mattet what weight you use or dont use! And it was day 1! So much time to progress! And they are HARD AF! lol but you did it so yay!
