How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • L4 - W3D1. I’m close to weight loss goal for the challenge but not sure I’ll make it. Trying not to stress too much. Although the pot is at 80K I’ll likely only get back near what I put in so it’s not like I’m winning a lotto. I’ll just continue to be consistent with what I’m doing. This is most consistent I’ve been since 25MST came out and I made it to week 7 (with a little break in between). So proud of only missing 11 days of movement so far this year.

This is what I’m working on….consistency. Hope it shows some rewards soon!

You’ve got this! Focus on progress not perfection. Been trying to give myself a little grace instead of constantly beating myself up if I “mess up”.
