How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m feeling good on the weigh-in this week- lost a pound and a half by being a person who does not eat cookies and processed foods. Ok, I did celebrate my 46th birthday with 1 molasses cookie. I am looking forward to dialing in my portion sizes this week and number of servings I have of veggies (up to 6, one cup servings), fruit (down to 1 cup :( ), carbs (down to 1/2 cup), and protein (almost 3 cups). It’s a month of continual healthy changes!!!

Oh goodness. I eat sweets every day. Not sure a life full of cucumbers and onions sounds that appealing. Losing weight doesn’t have to be bland or boring and can still be healthy with sweets included. If this is what you are seeking though, a BIG congratulations to you because kicking sugar is very hard!!! :clap:

KimmBo thanks for the congrats! I work hard to eat real food and I know my body appreciates it-it is definitely the way I want to live. I am not bored and my food is not bland. :) once you kick the fake food. Your tastebuds adjust and you can finally taste all the goodness in real foods. It’s like being in a room filled with perfumes and the. Stepping outside. It takes a bit, but once you start smelling the real flowers, you wonder how you could have ever liked the fake perfumes.
