How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

There once was a time when I, through diet and exercise and stress and dietbets, weighed 128 lbs. I now weigh much, much more than that because I rediscovered dessert and junk snacks and fast food and I couldn't get enough after our long separation. I've been working to get back on track for my health and my vanity- not necessarily in that order- and felt vindicated today when my doctor noticed my weight has been steadily declining over the last few months. Just wanted to share a win with people who would get it.

That's awesome! Same here, I used to work much harder at being in shape and then fell off. But working to get it back.

Consistently eating real food and not addictive fake food is the way- though not easy. Good for you and I celebrate your hard work!!!
