I forgot missed the sign up but I did my exercise each day including tons of walking - Thursday 19,000 steps, Friday 24,500 steps and Saturday 23,000 steps- helps to have friends in town!

  • Good morning and welcome to work it Wednesday! Regardless of what your goals look like for today, take 15 minutes to stretch your body!

    Personally I forget to stretch on a regular basis and then when I do I remember why it’s needed. I need some guidance on what to do rather than trying to figure out what needs stretching. I love this guide and also use a couple fitness apps with great stretching programs. FitOn is my top because it has a free option but I also use Aaptiv for a paid option.
