How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

✨ after putting in so much effort at the gym, tracking macros, I’m finally seeing change on the my home scale, I was stuck at 4lbs lost for 3 weeks and now, I’m now down 7 lbs total!!! ?
The real story is the seca analytics scale at the gym confirmed what I thought, I put on 3.4 lbs of muscle in 6 weeks which accounts for the slowwwww movement on my total weight💪? (I’m aware Theyre not as accurate as dexa scans but it’s helpful to know I’m in the right direction)
How’s everyone else’s progress?

Having a similar problem. Body composition is shifting and my pants fit loose, but moving the scale has been tough. I’m doing a cut week for the final weigh-in, we’ll see if I can make it.
