How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

My initial weigh in was very humbling. I gained a decent amount of weight in 2025 which equated to a lot of feelings and emotions about it. I’m ready to get back to what I know and love!

*hug* I feel the same. Humbling. Need to work on self care and emotional management. But we are starting today, and that’s good!

Been there for sure, and you are not alone. I struggle with depression and all the joys of perimenopause. I can say that I make being active a priority everyday, regardless of how I feel. Honestly I pick the hardest workout on the days I feel the worse. I can’t say that being active will make you feel better but I will say you won’t regret it. When it comes to eating I don’t restrict at all but I am mindful of how much. Take it one day at a time, don’t dwell on what you can’t change but focus on what you can change!
