  • This week is going to be a challenging one. Husband is away all week training for work, I’m back to work and my son is on the ice late today, tomorrow and Wednesday. Then we leave for a tournament Thursday. Lucky enough to fit in a quick workout today, then walk/run at arena.

However, I've made a commitment to prioritize my health and fitness, finding creative ways to fit it in - whether that means walking the track while the kids play, jumping on the treadmill during work calls or fitting in a quick workout during lunch breaks.

    If you are reading this you probably have time to get active! It’s doesn’t have to an hour weight training or sweat fest. Just move your body! Walk the block, dance like no one’s watching, do the stairs or even park in the farthest spot

Love the encouragement to others! So true. The 10 second hesitation is what stops people... is you think about it, GO DO IT NOW. waiting always leads to finding excuses to skip active movement and good decisions for change

    I over indulged over the holidays, like most of us. And also like most of us the number on the scale increased. But let’s be honest, some extra pounds over the past couple of weeks isn’t the end. You don’t dwell on that number, dwelling won’t change it. Getting back at eating right, being active, consistent sleep, drink the water…all of that will change things.
