Happy Sunday! Am working on it, slow but steady! I’m trying to focus on just two pounds at a time since my overall 20 pound loss goals feels big. Today, I’m just doing what I can to move a little, but I have a hip injury so very gentle Movement and PT stretches. This DB challenge for me will be all about nutrition and healing! :)
