Day 3 in this competition... day 3 of going to the gym.

Day 1 - Walking on Treadmill for 60 minutes - 4 miles.
Day 2 - Chest and Tri weight training plus 60 minutes walking on treadmill - 4 miles
Day 3 - My wife joined me at the gym because they had a snow day!!! Back and Bi's weight training and 60 minutes on treadmill walking - 4 miles.

It has been over a year since I have been to the gym but it feels good to get back into it. Diet - used to eat anything and everything. We are eating clean now. Grocery shopping only on the outside off the grocery store and not through the aisles. The outside is normally where all of the fresh food is and the aisles are where all of the processed garbage is at. Hoping to have a cheat meal this weekend. Still not going crazy, but doing this without a cheat meal every once in a while will drive you crazy!!! Good luck everyone! You have got this!!
