  • With the storm incoming my husband and I wanted some comfort food prepped so tonight we made beef roast with all the veggies in our crock pot! Super healthy and delicious. We added a roast, green beans, carrots, and a 3 red potatoes for less carbs, an onion, plus low sodium beef broth also and strained after cooking. Delicious! How're you preparing for this storm or what's your go to healthy meal to prep?
